The instructors of our courses are always "hovering" over their email and this site. To get personal assistance with an issue or problem, simply post a message in the forum. The system will send your question out to all participants in the class.
Or, you can easily send a personal email to the instructor by clicking on their name in the classroom.
Also, the instructors often take part in the on-line discussions. We're always here!
